1.Обслуживание в номерах в отеле который позиционирует себя как 4 звезды должно проводиться на много лучше ! 2.Все было более мение только стек в душе был забит настолько что вода не проходила , пришлось чистить его самой

The location was very good, the bed was spacious. All amenities, like a washing machine, microwave oven were provided. The room itself requires some refurbishment.

The breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced, with wet plates and broken glasses. The waitress's service also left much to be desired.

Не сподобався сніданок, одне і теж, немає фруктів, брудно в ресторані, немає де сісти поїсти, кава у відрі, не смачна, посуд мокрий, серветок не було на жодному столі

Great Area opposite city centre. Calm part of Batumi, heated swimming pool, not crowded lift. A good shops in hotel Area. I recomend this hotel much more as Orbi Complex.

View from window to new construction site, very loud from morning to evening. Dirty Windows probably never cleaned, some part of balcony with feel of not kept eg fasade lying on floor. Lot of mosquitos get some repelent

The location was excellent,the pool and breakfast were amazing The staff was friendly and professional we had a great time. the apartment unit was really value for money.

The apartment needed some equipment like a broom and mop and space to dry the clothes after swimming.
