Easy to find, decent location (especially for the football ground). Excellent welcome from the host and the pub the rooms are above looks good. Access to rooms is through a private door. Shower was alright, took a while to warm up. Porridge in the room was a good touch.

Room was a bit small for what I paid and it was only a single bed. Not the most comfortable and the quilt was a bit small.

Location was great with numerous takeaways very close.

It was a bit noisy in room 3 due to window fit. But I understand that the owner is having the windows replaced soon.

The property was central for what I needed . Close to eatery’s and any sort of cafes and restaurants. Bus station is right near to get around aswell.

The only qualm I would say I have this time round was the water pressure in the shower wasn’t optimal. But heat was there. That was in room 5.
