The breakfast was awful. The front desk staff were HORRIBLE. There was a great coffee maker but no creamer available. You couldn't find anyone to get any creamer. I asked the front desk staff if this was a pet friendly hotel because I heard a dog barking in the middle of the night. Her answer was, "Yep." That was it. No, "Oh I'm so sorry that happened." or anything. Even if she wasn't sorry, she could have acknowledged how much of a pain it is to be woken up by barking dogs. Had I known pets were allowed, I would not have stayed here because that's just gross. The front desk staff on every shift just sat around.

This property was in the middle of nowhere. We were expecting to be near to Longmont, but it was a 25 min drive further on. Very limited nearby services. We wouldn’t stay here again.

"Comfortable stay but check your bill!"

Location, desk staff, room size

I was overcharged by $130 which was acknowledged by the staff and a month later still didn’t get a refund despite multiple calls. Finally had to dispute the charge with my bank. A guest shouldn’t have to do this, after a call from the manager acknowledging the mistake. Pay attention to your bill!
