In einem Zimmer war die Heizung nicht an, das Zimmer war bei Ankunft sehr kalt. Schätzenswert wäre es, wenn im Winter die Heizung angemacht wird, damit das Zimmer bei Ankunft eine angenehme Temperatur hat.
