Zarco B&B Bed & Breakfast

It was very central. although this meant it was very noisy. It is directly above and to the side. By noise I mean not just drinking all night but scraping chairs across cobbles at 5am.

They didn't provide gluten free bread even though I emailed in advance. None of the safety deposit boxes worked. None of the fridges worked. There wasn't a chair in the room. The hooks were too high up. At the end of the stay they gave up cleaning.

Location is superb, breakfast was very good and staff very welcoming and helpful

Rooms are basic and you need som earplugs! I was in an internal room (no windows) and you could hear music from outside until well into the morning.

Jeune fille désagréable à l'accueil, aucun sourire ni bonjour....remet la carte de la chambre et le boulot est fait. Bar en dessous ce qui n'est pas signalé donc musique jusque minuit prévoir les bouchons... Des appels téléphoniques à 1h du matin , le gérant qui répond au téléphone et parle comme si on était en plein jour....aucune attention pour le client

The location was great! Very easy to move around. The room was clean and had everything you need. Furthermore, the staff was very friendly and flexibel. Good variety of breakfast.

On the third day the sewerage started to smell in the shower. This was not due to filth, it was clearly the sewerage. It didn't smell in the rest of the room.
