Zeer mooie kamers, vriendelijk personeel.

Ondanks alle maatregelen maakte het lawaai op straat het moeilijk om in slaap te geraken, maar daar kan het hotel natuurlijk weinig aan doen.

The room was very big and clean with good bathroom. The breakfast was ok but would be better with more variety including cooked breakfast.

Didnot like the bed...was like sleeping on concrete...very hard and therefore didnt sleep well. Could have been more pillows too.

When I booked the accommodation and read the reviews, one of the complaints was the noise. It was really a bit noisy Friday night as there is a pub on the street, under the room window. Other nights the pub closed at 22.00 and it was very quiet (in March). The location is super! No hills to climb and close to the Old town and bus station. Bed was comfy.

Bedden waren slechts 1.8m. zeer oncomfortabel om als persoon van 1.97m in te slapen.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Funchal, right across from the esplanade. It’s an excellent spot. The rooms are spotless, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff was incredibly helpful and even recommended a fantastic little restaurant next door that serves the best Boco do Caco.

The location is perfect! Close to restaurants, harbor, shops. Breakfast was super!

Our room was close to the reception and very noicy and small. I think other rooms were better.

Personnel adorable et très aidant. Nous avons réservé en dernière minute suite à une annulation de vol, et ils ont été formidables, en cherchant pour nous des informations sur l'état de la situation. La chambre était très agréable. Un peu de bruit la nuit car elle l'hôtel est en plein centre ville, mais très agréable. Très bon petit déjeuner, varié.
