Hilton Nagasaki

The staff here were the best i have ever experienced at a hotel. Absolutely professional, kind, courteous and always willing to go the extra mile. Also the room was lovely, great views of the river and the city. Excellent bed, spacious shower. The food was also quite good, though you are paying hotel prices for the convenience.

I really wish the TV wouldn’t come on automatically every time you enter the room, blasting the Hilton promo channel.

No pajamas. Bath hours were too short.

Immaculate. So convenient close to station but quiet. Lovely gym with ample equipment and weights. Spa was perfect. Room spacious bathroom lovely.

In room fridge could not maintain temperature. No ice

We don't usually stays at large hotels but this place was seriously great. Firstly, there's a car park right next door which is pretty easy to reach from out of town. The hotel is superbly and centrally located for all the city attractions, main train station, and the inter city bus station (across the road from the train station) and tram stop which will take you almost everywhere you will need to go. The viewpoint cable car is a 15-20 minute walk or short bus ride away. There are also a reasonable choice of food outlets at the station and nearby. The hotel is very new and really well designed. The finishes in the public areas are of a high standard and a lot attention has been given to the lighting - to great effect. The room itself was very generously sized, again with a lot of thought given to the layout which made a big difference to the overall experience. The staff are also an absolute credit, genuinely friendly and super attentive. We opted for the breakfast which was an excellent move. There was a great choice of options and the quality of food was very high. Overall, really good value for money. To top things off, we also gave the public bath a go. Would definitely recommend that experience too! Overall, I would very highly recommend this hotel and would stay again. Exceptional value for money considering the location, staff and high quality fit out.

Great location central to trains, trams & buses. Large and well appointed room

駅から直結で高級感溢れるホテルでした。 オールダイニングバーのおかげで夕飯は不要でしたし、スタッフさんは、みんな笑顔で丁寧な対応でした。

お風呂に椅子がないのが寂しかったです。 （私が小柄な日本人だからでしょうけど）
