We didn’t even stay, when we walked into our room there were big cracks in the front door at the bottom, and at the back door. We checked out and went somewhere else. Also the AC was not working .

We didnt even get to check in. Booking through expedia and they did not reserve the room in the name i requested which was my fiancé's name due to me being robbed earlier at a gas station and since i had no ID i requsted her name be listed as checking in Which didnt happen. Then spent the next 30 mins chating with some robot trying to get someone to help me with a name change but was never able to reach any one to help me with that until it was too late. So while waiting for someone from expedia the hotel asked if we had $100 deposit which was news to me because our previous stays booked through expedia didnt require it so we didnt know one woukd be needed . An was refussed to be checked in due to not having the deposite . After getting intouch with expedia and letting them know about all these issues expedia said the were going to ask for a refund but was told no refund would be made do to hotel policy. So as we were forced to sleep on the streer due to hotel not leting us check into a room For the lack not having a deposit even after we paid for the room which stated all taxes and fees pd. So no we had a terrible experience all the way around and basically gave the last money we had for a room we were not allowed to stay and no refund coming to us . So our review is we would not recommend either company to anyone ever .

Television didn't work at all, no service, no room phone, Hallway unpleasant odor... Wash cloth with makeup on it.... Water pressure not good.... Elementary didn't work, floors had not been swept sand everywhere,

Front desk was very helpful and nice. I didn’t have any issues.

No shower curtain, no toilet paper, most of the lights dont work, cigerate burn in blanket on bed.

Smells bad, beds uncomfortable, no soap, key wouldn’t work, tho worker came quickly to replace the battery so I could actually enter my locked room
