House was exactly as pictured in the listing. Pool was clean. Air conditioning was available in all 4 bedrooms. You need to be aware you will need to turn on the hot water heater in the breaker box. Hot water worked great. Location is a little bit off the beaten path but a nice retreat if you’re staying in the Aptera area.
