We are long term stay for husbands job. Have stayed at more than one hotel in the area. Element Jax Beach is by far the best. We were made to feel at home which is important when you are having to be away for long periods. Thank you to Daphney and staff. Oh and the breakfast cook is the BEST! 😉

My family and I stayed for 1 night in July 2025. It’s about 2 blocks from the beach. The hotel is clean and the hotel staff are just lovely. I normally don’t write reviews, but I wanted to give some thanks to the following staff members: front desk: Armeena, Daphey, Jamie, John chef: Abel Some highlights: -They have wine on tap! It was pretty cheap and a nice addition when we’d just come from a long plane ride -The (free) breakfast is delicious. Abel has seriously perfected the art of making pancakes. This breakfast was above and beyond the typical hotel continental breakfast. -The front desk staff (and honestly, everyone, including the person cleaning up after breakfast - i don’t know her name) were super friendly and helpful.

My family and I stayed at the Element Jacksonville Beach for medical care at the Mayo. The rooms are perfect for our long stay. We are able to cook in the rooms, the pool is always available no matter the weather. The short walk to the beach is a great way to wash away the stress. More important, the staff there is amazing. The GM Sanay is always available and very helpful. Moriah at the front desk is one of a kind! We have a long road to full recovery and this will be our go to hotel. Thank you Sanay and the Element Team

Pros-walking distance to beach and places to eat, great gym, pretty good breakfast, and nice room with everything included you would need to make meals. Con’s-small pool and under a roof. Wish there was some room for sun bathing and room we had was facing the road so crazy loud all night.
