I felt like I was walking into an apartment rather than a hotel. Having the television centered between rooms made it possisble to rotate it towards you anywhere in the room.

I stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott Lancaster Palmdale over the holiday and had a solid experience overall. It’s a fairly basic hotel, but it delivers exactly what you’d expect from an extended stay property. One of the biggest advantages is having a full kitchen in the room, which made the stay much more convenient—especially during the holiday. It’s nice to have the option to cook or store food instead of eating out for every meal. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, which made a positive difference. Everything was handled smoothly, and I didn’t run into any issues. Overall, it’s an affordable and practical option if you’re looking for a longer stay or just want a bit more space and functionality than a standard hotel room. Not overly luxurious, but comfortable and reliable.
