Very family friendly especially with young kids. The pool had a fun waterside and the hot tub was huge. There is also a family/game room. Everything was very clean. The food at the hotel was also very delicious. Highly recommend!

Good pool & play room & beds

Booked a king suite with couch was put in a room with a bike had to drag all our stuff back down to reception. We were at far end of hotel. Told it was booking that did it booking said it was hotel it was annoying to have them blame each other with no option For the person paying. Hotel reception finally fixed it after we were already late for my son’s bday party. Asked for a quiet room was put beside highway. Then an alarm went off at 6am in the room which was horrid after a rough night sleep with traffic noise. Then I was overcharged. I booked for 249 and was charged 291.20

It was a great location to get out to Wembley where we were attending a wedding & reception. There were some areas of our room that could use some attention as the bathroom door was very sticky & you had to pull really hard to close/open it therefore making noise that woke our granddaughter. I’d also suggest to make the ironing board on the closet door more stable so when opening & closing it doesn’t make so much noise. Once we learned this we were more cautious with these doors. Oh yeah! The sink didn’t plug so you couldn’t fill it. Small things but you asked! 😁. All in all a nice place to stay just a couple “awarenesses” to be aware about when have a baby in the room. Oh yeah! If you need a bathtub this place is not the one to choose.
