"Not bad but disappointing"

It is a comfortable hotel located in a nice area of town. The room was comfortable.

It is a very pretentious hotel but it does not match the expectations, and it is very loud (there is a difference between being children friendly and a playground). The room was overlooked from a window in the hotel corridor. The reason why that window does not have a screen is a wonder and having to spend my entire stay with the curtains closed was ridiculous. I complained about it but they never got back to me. Also, short on towels (they do not practice hand towels so the shower ones must do all the tricks. The bar in the swimming pool opens at 4pm... so neither food nor drinks by the pool before that.

"Great spot in the heart of Semarang"

Breakfast and staff were wonderful. The room was clean, spacious, and modern. Would not hesitate to book here again upon a return to Semarang.

Getting in an out of the main lobby by car was hectic most of the time. It's a tight turn and usually backed up. With that being said they did do their best to keep traffic moving.

Great location, welcoming and very proactive staff, the King Suite is possibly one of the most beautiful rooms I have stayed in. Massive rooms, super comfortable beds, excellent facilities. The restaurant serves delicious foods. I also recommend the spa: fantastic massages.

The bedding is clean but it still has stains from previous customers. The windows are not sound proof and you can hear noise from the nearby construction site.
