"As ever a great stay in a great hotel"

Great hotel, slightly quirky but with Hyatt efficiency.. so typical Austin. Convenient location, lovely pool and the diner is brilliant for breakfast

"Very Good"

Gym was lovely & the pool area was nice. Good location in terms of walking distance to nice restaurants.

Hotel cafe felt understaffed for breakfast time. We waited 50 mins for a table but were told 30. They had tables but not enough staff to clear them and seat people. Once we were sat, service was good.

"Great vibe for Austin"

Rooms are small but very well appointed. Great location if you want to go to 6th Street. Staff very friendly and accommodating! Pool was very busy on Saturday - no lounge chairs available and Cabanas are for RENTAL which we did not know (someone had taken off the reserved sign). Hotel staff was a bit snippy when they approached us to advise this was rental (they thought we had just disregarded the reserved sign) but then was much friendlier.

"Can’t wait to get back"

Excellent service from valet attendants, Greg the doorman/luggage handler, the front desk staff and the staff at Arriba restaurant/bar. Make sure you say hello to Lauren,Bri and Janel. Great customer service. Look forward to coming back soon.

"Disappointed for the price."

We stayed in the Tommie section of the hotel. The picture of the room was not exactly as shown. The right side of the bed was against the wall so every night I had to crawl in. There was no table on that side to put water for the night or your cell phone etc. Reservations were made for 2 adults and we were given one wash cloth and one coffee cup and only 2 coffee pods for the morning. Staff was quick to bring what we needed however it was not too comfortable overall for 2 people. No place was available to put an open suit case either so you had to get out what you wanted and then zip it back up.

"Great stay"

Had a blast in our little king studio hotel room. It was small but it had everything we needed. Did not age a fridge but one was brought to us immediately however it was too big for the room lol. That was where any negativity stopped. The hotel staff was incredible and the hotel was very clean. The pool was very nice and adult with very attentive staff. Hotel food was delicious and it was truly a great stay!
