I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I paid around €350 per night, expecting a premium experience, but unfortunately the service was far below that standard. The biggest issue was that the hotel completely lost track of my car after valet parking. I waited for a long time while the staff had no idea where my car was, and no one took responsibility or offered a sincere apology. Because of the poor service, I decided to check out early that same night. To make matters worse, when I asked about my security deposit, I was told they didn’t know where it was and that I should come back the next day. That is simply unacceptable. For a hotel charging these rates, I expected professionalism, organization, and respect for its guests. Instead, I experienced confusion, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, investigates what happened, and offers a proper explanation and apology. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Замечательный, очень тихий, комфортабельный отель, за углом от центральных улиц. Настроящий бутик-отель с видом на пустынную тихую площадь, в стиле Белгравии. Персонал очень приветливый, говорят на английском тоже. Тихо настолько, что я специально открывала на ночь окно во внутренний дворик, чтобы засыпать под журчание фонтанчика и птичек! Идеально настроенный кондиционер! Великолепная кровать, белье и подушки! В номере есть кофе, чай, приносят шоколадки и печеньки вечером (иногда забывают). Великолепный спа с бассейном с очень правильной температурой воды: охлаждает после жары, но не холодный! Сауна и хамам тоже хорошие.

На завтраке очень красивых молодых девушек необходимо обучить приготовлению и подаче кофе латте (cafe latte), тк более старший коллега знает, как его готовить и подавать. Но все молодцы и очень стараются!

Excellent séjour ! L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, tout en étant très calme, ce qui permet de bien se reposer. L’équipe est accueillante, chaleureuse et toujours disponible. Les chambres sont très confortables, propres et agréables. Une très belle adresse que je recommande sans hésiter. J’y reviendrai avec plaisir !

Location, the smell as you walked I. The door was heaven. Wonderful staff and every room had a different feel which was wonderful.

Our air con was broken however we were moved to a different room very fast so that was wonderful.

The decor, the position, atmosphere, the breakfast.

The annexed brasserie isn't bad at all but doesn't match the hotel standards (except for price).
