La chambre censément avec vue sur mer avait en fait vue au 3/4 sur le parking La réceptionniste peu aimable voire désagréable qui tenait plus d’une surveillante en chef Le service : inexistant (réception fermée après 17h pile, sèche cheveux à réclamer à la réception, pas de placard, pas de verre ni d’assiette).

A localização do hotel é excelente e o quarto é bom. No entanto, a experiência foi muito negativa devido ao serviço. Parecia um Airbnb disfarçado de hotel, com recepção de horário limitado e pouquíssimo suporte. Tudo era difícil e cheio de regras, como cobrar extra para trocar toalhas de praia. A justificativa era sempre "porque o dono não gosta", mostrando total falta de foco no hóspede. Apesar da boa estrutura, a falta de hospitalidade e o atendimento despreparado nos fizeram sentir mal recebidos. Infelizmente, não recomendo.

Good location opposite the beach, it can get extremely busy everyday. It is nice that you can have some sunbeds on the property. Parking for free even though some neighbouring people ask you to park at certain places or else they might “hit” your car

Ridiculous treatment of guests, pretentious rich vibe with little to no hosting skills. Reminded me of the White Lotus resort without the facilities of course. Receptionist seems lost at sea and seemingly would like to be on vacation herself than treat the guests with a welcoming feel. Miscommunication for check in that could be resolved via a booking message. Cleaning lady barges in while you’re naked in the shower at 4 pm. The time everyone is in their rooms. Offering us a free coffee? No thanks.

Unfortunately, all the negative experiences we had completely overshadowed any potential positives. We do not recommend this place.

Our stay ended on a very disappointing note. Although we were aware that check-out was at 11:00 (as stated in the email), no one came to remind us, even though staff had no issue entering the house unannounced on other days — at any hour. We waited until around 12:20 to return the key, as reception only opens at 12:00. I had never met or spoken with the receptionist before, as I had completed online check-in. Still, instead of a polite goodbye or a simple “How was your stay?”, I was met with a cold, disapproving attitude and told: “You know check-out was at 11, right? You have to pay €40. If not, that’s your choice.” It felt extremely rude and deliberate — especially considering how present the staff had been during our stay, yet no one showed up that morning. Throughout our stay, the cleaning lady (Regina) would enter the house without knocking or saying a word, sometimes multiple times a day, even while we were inside. There was absolutely no respect for privacy. And yet, on the one day we actually needed a reminder — no one came. It felt clearly intentional, just to justify charging the late check-out fee. The house was also not clean, especially the kitchen. Ants were crawling across the counter and even on top of the fridge where we stored our food. Completely unacceptable in a place meant for cooking. Regina was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked for a new kitchen cloth, she snapped, mocked my English, and said: “If you want a new one, go buy it with your own money.” When I asked about towel changes, she replied: “Not today. I change them tomorrow. If you want more, it’s €5 per towel.” Ultimately, no matter how modest your expectations are, if you care about basic respect, privacy, and professional behavior, this place is likely to leave you frustrated and disappointed.

The place is great for anyone looking for a beach-only holiday. You're already right on a beautiful beach. There are also several little restaurants nearby, and a small village within walking distance.

The cleanliness could be improved: towels are only changed every three days, and one day they even skipped cleaning the room entirely. Even after cleaning, there was still a bad smell coming from the toilet. Some basic amenities are missing in the room, such as a hairdryer and an iron. You can request them at the reception, but it's only open from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. They also don't offer breakfast. Overall, it feels quite expensive for what it provides.

Loved this property, right on the beach, everything you need right there. Wonderful to have a beach chair as part of your stay, small grocery shop close by, bus stop close. Well kept, will definitely stay here again

Towel change (bath & beach)

Magoo Suites is all about location. It is *on* Logaras beach. The beach is literally a stones throw away from the terrace. You can sit on beach loungers on the terrace while eyeing kiddos playing in the ocean in front of you. Aside from that, everything you need is so close. Your morning coffee, a souvlaki shop and a mini market just across the street. Amazing italian restaurant, a self service laundry and a bakery just a 1 minute drive/10 mt walk at the end of the street. You could happily stay there a week and not need to go anywhere else. We got the 2 bedroom villa, which came with a kitchen and outdoor dining table which was excellent. Kids actually preferred to just eat homemade meals on the terrace watching the ocean instead of going out.

But with strategic location comes the crowd. As the hotel is at the literal entrance of Logaras Beach, everybody (and I do mean everybody) will be passing by your door during peak hours. Beachgoers, grannies with their grandbabies, the supply delivery trucks, etc. Not the best location for privacy if that's a main concern. But we didn't mind, and for the most part everyone respected personal boundries. Just be ready for some curious stares from passerbyes. Also I don't understand why a 2 bedroom villa needs 3 toilets and 3 showers, though I'm not complaining. But instead of 3 bathrooms, I would have appreciated a washing machine more for longer stays. But all in all it was a wonderful stay and I would book it again in a heartbeat!
