I had a lovely stay at Ramada Wyndham Gangtok. The room service was prompt and efficient, making the overall experience very comfortable. A special mention to Gautam and Srishtina for their warm hospitality—they were extremely helpful, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which added to the pleasant stay. Overall, a great experience with good service and attentive staff. Would definitely recommend!

Honestly, I'm not loving the hotel. I chose it mainly for the Ramada brand name, but it's not really working out for me.

The hotel's protocols are overly complicated and not guest-friendly. They even refused documents from their own government's tourism office, which put us in an awkward spot.

poor food qality. Poor linen, Noisy rooms with dogs barking. Congested area. The drive in is not even wide enough for opeing the car door ! Mountain view room is rubbish. You only see dirty roofs of other buildings
