Management responses to report of non operational AC unit (was not working on our first entry to the cabin)...... We did not want to be disturbed/disrupted by service tradesmen, park staff or other fact finders.... The unit should have be tested prior to occupation....we were questioned, in a parent/child admonishing tone, as to why we did not report the fault immediately....Not a hint of empathy, apology or regret for the neglect of duty to present a properly functioning, as advertised, shelter....

The weather

Paid $341 pn for beachside cabin which should mean U get decent view of ocean etc. Our view was back of caravan with yapping dog plus a campervan, they paid only $79 pn & got view we should have had. Noted only 1 of the cabins had view they paid for. Treat your higher $ paying patrons better.

Facilities were clean and cabin roomy

Lounge and cushions need a clean
