多路公交车下车后都是步行数分钟即可抵达…周边超市 餐厅步行距离…交通便利…户外可烧烤，因遇雨天，无法户外餐食…房屋临马路，但车辆不多，基本听不到噪音…贴心准备了洗澡用海绵，辫绳，室内拖鞋…

BBQグリルが不調で使えなかったが、連絡するとすぐに現場に来て対応してくれた 綺麗だった

白良浜からも近く、臨海浦へも近いので立地がいい。 グルメシティ、オークワも近くにあるので買い出しに困らない。 窓からの眺めがいい。
子供も多く大人数だったので思っていたより狭かった。 海の後の利用のため砂も落ちるので掃除機を利用できればよかった。
