Sky-Palace Inn & Suites Wichita East

I was blown away by our whole stay. Friendly, helpful, clean, nice amenities, went overboard to help and make our stay excellent.

This place is severely misrepresented. There is not one thing from the pictures that is even close to accurate. There is no lobby. It is sketchy as heck. Not in a good location. No air turned on. Stains EVERYWHERE. Half the lights didn't work. Felt like bugs were crawling in me. We stayed for 10 minutes and left. Do not go here.

room was terrible! check in person was texting whiling checking me in. room was full of broken furniture and dirty beds and tv. was late and was tired but I still found another hotel to stay in. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The hotel is not in good condition. There was an unpleasant odor throughout the building, and our room in particular had a musty smell. The bed frame was bent in a way that we would band our legs against it. Furniture was worn and the deadbolt on the door did not work. We had to kill a roach in the bathroom, and we had no bath towels. We only stayed the first night of the planned two nights, and changed to a different hotel for the next night.

Nasty room for what they charge...stained carpet, smelly, stained, uncomfortable bed sheets and pillow cases, barely was cleaned at all..just disgusting!!!!...never staying there again!!!

This place is a dump. The door jambs are rusting out and have no latch plates. We found a dead bug in the bathroom. The furniture is worn and stained. The guy at the front desk had no idea about hotel policies. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Everything was great at this hotel. Just a charming place. The best stay ever.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. Clean room. The bed was comfortable. Amenities are excellent!

It was nasty, dirty and it had bed bugs, so we didn't stay.
