the room I booked has been sold out so they arranged another room FAR away from the original address. I refused and they agreed to a free cancellation- but then later bookings told me a free cancellation has been refused - so I've paid full price for a room which isn't on the address I originally booked. close to a fraud.

One night was more than enough. Red spots on the linen speak for themselves. Terrible smell.
