"Great family home with space for a stay connecting us together"

Leafy green view put back and beach view at front. Spacious for all our family together. Kitchen well equipped with cooking equipment and even an air fryer. Everything clean and tidy and easy to find and use. Bbq located on a beautiful large deck where we could sit and enjoy the bellbirds. Tranquil and calm

No toilet on upper level other than ensuite. This meant my older mum had to have this bedroom so she could access it during the night which created some difficulties in sleeping arrangements. No non tech activities such as books or games for us to do together as a family.

"Very relaxing homely environment let down by the lack of cleanliness and TV that didn’t work"

Pet friendly, location, deck, beds, modern design, comfortable

TV didn’t work at all for 2 reasons: 1. It couldn’t pick up free-to-air channels possibly because the power supply to the antenna amplifier was absent. 2. The TV couldn’t hold onto the wifi connection for more than 30 seconds. It seems that the TV is at issue here, as our phones and tablets had no problems. The only reliable solution is a hard-wired ethernet cable between the modem-router and TV. The BBQ was filthy (grill top with nothing to clean it with and fat tray underneath half full), fry pan had been put away still dirty, and clumps of hair on shelves in bedroom cupboard.

Very clean and all facilities better than I expected. Beds were comfortable. Quiet location, very spacious villa. Would definitely go back

I like the outdoor patio area

Everything else was a very big disappointment. Bugs in the beds, Spiders and spider webs Dirty appliances Dirty couches Dead flys in windows The list is endless I had to clean the diswasher to use it

Great location, peaceful, safe for children, great outlook onto bushland, plenty of space inside house ,good layout.

When we arrived car garage stank from rubbish bins not being put out for emptying by previous renters or service people. They were too full of rubbish.

Loved every aspect of Bellevue on the Bay. Was the perfect place to stay for us. Spacious, glorious views, beautiful sounds (bellbirds etc) and it felt like home. Will be staying again for sure!!!
