I booked the room at more than 7000 Rs rate to get lower floor room which does not have lift. The passage to room was not clean, have to go downstairs 3 floors. Bathroom was pathetic and there was no hot water. I had to call room service and after wasting 3-4 buckets water, hot water was coming. Such a pathetic room at such high rate. Staff was good but room doesnt justify the rate charged.
