The door lock handle of our room was partially broken which could be operated ...but while we stayed there it broke out totally ....... And the receptionist told us to pay an big amount ... Without giving any consideration for what I said ... Nor the recipient for my payment was given.....i was told that to pay the amount now... And later she would consult with the manager and let me know if there would be any consideration..but i didn't get any reply from them until..... The Road to the property is very very bad

The room and view was good.. affordable and neatly maintained .

Food was very bad and we ordered food as a part of room service, however we were denied food to the room and asked to go to the restaurant.

Don't book this hotel - it has mold on the walls. There is a different one with a similar name in the building next to it, which is ok

I booked a room in a three star hotel and I expected at least a decent level of facilities. But when I first got to the place, which is extremely fat away from Munnar and the road to which is extremely bad and difficult, I was offered two rooms with a great amount of mold on the walls. I refused the rooms and was tending to book anothe hotel, but then the hostess offered me a room in a different building. Only the next night did I find out that the other building was actually another hotel, with higher prices. This was never said to me at any point. Anyway, the room they gave me was decent, but there was no hot water when I finally took a shower. I called the reception and the hostess sent people to repair it without even giving me a chance to say that it was late and I was actually meaning to go to sleep. I also didn't have the chance to speak to her afterwards so I didn't tell her I want to book the room for another night. In the morning I left very early for a hike, had no internet during the whole day and only in the evening, when I came back to the hotel, the hostess informed me that I have to pay a higher price for the second night because this is a different facility. This was very unpleasant and when I tried to explain that I was not informed about this and that renting rooms with mold is unacceptable, she just said she was an employee, implying there is nothing she could do. I payed the price and left early next morning with a bitter feeling

Best staff...best rooms...super clean...super friendly staff.....must stay here over another
