Pax Ana Doc Let Resort & Spa

We stayed for a week in a bungalow in May 2026 with a family member, and it was truly a memorable experience. The resort grounds are beautifully maintained — lush, green, and immaculate, with plenty of spots to relax and sunbathe. The pool is fantastic, and the restaurant served some of the most delicious food we had during our entire trip. The staff were consistently warm, smiling, and attentive — nothing felt like too much trouble for them. Our bungalow was stunning. The interior was thoughtfully designed and beautifully appointed, but the view was something else entirely — absolute paradise. We also loved the little touches that made us feel genuinely welcomed: a welcome dessert on arrival, fresh cupcakes delivered every evening, and a lovely room turndown service each day. These small details made a big difference. One area for improvement: the beach could use more attention — not just the sand, but the water too. During our stay we occasionally came across plastic bags, rope, and food waste floating nearby. It’s a shame given how pristine everything else is. A few practical notes for future guests: be prepared for a 2-hour drive from Cam Ranh Airport — it’s doable, but worth factoring into your plans. The resort itself is somewhat secluded, so there isn’t much to do in the immediate area. The nearest real option is Nha Trang, about an hour away, which is well worth a visit for a day out. Overall, a wonderful stay — we’d happily come back.

Это самый тихий и укромный уголок на данном курорте. Чисто, уютно, много зелени и разной растительности . Рядом прекрасный пляж. Все необходимое есть на территории отеля. Если вдруг этого станет недостаточно , в метре от забора все остальное ;)

Pax Ana is set in truly stunning gardens, and the location has great potential. However, our experience didn’t quite match the 5-star price point, especially compared to other wonderful stops on our three-week trip through Vietnam. The Experience: Check-in & Payments: Be aware that you are required to leave a $100 cash deposit if you wish to charge meals to your room; otherwise, you must pay the restaurant separately for every transaction. Furthermore, the spa is also paid for separately rather than being billed to the room. Service & Management: We found the management style quite inflexible. The Front Office Manager was unable to accommodate a simple request for a taxi transfer with two brief stops at local interest sites en route, rebadging the request as a "tour" instead. Additionally, we experienced long waits for service at the beach bar upon arrival. Dining: Breakfast offered a wide range of choices, though the fruit selection was average. A minor frustration was the lack of black tea; it wasn't readily available and the kitchen eventually ran out. Generally, the Western menu is limited and communication can be difficult. Beach: The area immediately around the loungers is well-kept, but the beach in front of the bungalows needs more attention. We found a fair amount of litter and debris from the nearby fishing village, which detracted from the experience. Room: The room required maintenance, specifically for the TV and reading lights. Housekeeping and water delivery also happened quite late in the day (often after 3 PM). Pro Tip: For a change of pace, there is a fantastic place called Khoi Pizza at the far end of the beach (away from the fishing village) that is well worth the walk! Verdict: The resort has a lovely physical setting, but the service levels and attention to detail need to be stepped up to justify the luxury rating. It currently feels better suited for those who don’t mind a more rigid, less international service standard.

Bungalow (Grösse, allgemeines Design) sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage, ein sehr netter und gut englisch sprechender Kellner, Vorab Kontaktaufnahme via WhatsApp durch Front Office Manager

Empfangsdamen an der Rezeption sprechen keinerlei Englisch und wirken mürrisch bzw. genervt. Allgemein wirkt der Empfangsbereich billig und unprofessionell im Vergleich zum Rest der recht schönen Anlage. Bei einer Unterkunft dieser Preisklasse müsste banale Kommunikation ohne Google Translate App möglich sein.

Beautiful gardens and a relaxed vibe

The entire stay had to be prepaid , they wanted $100 deposit which was not communicated to his until we arrived as a safety deposit for the restaurant ( which was empty every night at dinner) . The staff were pleasant enough but really fell short on what I would expect of a 5 star international hotel in terms of attentiveness and speed of delivery . The beach was very litter strewn of you were away from the parasols - there's a fishing village close by so dead fish heads , plastic and guts tended to be washed up daily .

Mọi thứ ở Pax Ana đều tuyệt vời, nhưng điều mình thích nhất có lẽ là không gian yên tĩnh, mát mẻ và sạch sẽ, ngồi trước cửa phòng là có thể ngắm biển Dốc Lết rất đẹp. Nhà hàng và bar ở Pax Ana mình cũng thấy rất tuyệt, nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình, mấy món mình ăn cũng rất ngon.
