Pax Ana Doc Let Resort & Spa

Very beautiful place to stay and very friendly and helpful staff and management. Beautiful beach area and well organized resort. They garden looks beautiful. Nice pool-bar and pool-area. Very quiet and comfortable rooms. Everything looks in a good condition.

We went after New Year so it was less people. Its a good thing and also bad since their buffet was closed down one morning and we got ala cart menu. The restaurant food was good not excellent but expensive for Vietnam. The service wasn't minimal for low season days but then weekend with more guests they were more attentive. Massage was below average for what we paid for. We thought it was a high quality spa but unfortunately the masseuse weren't well trained.

Sadly there was no staff that spoke English - reception was not friendly - restaurant dinner was expensive and not very good - breakfast was nice and plentiful

Pax Ana is a beautifully presented small resort right by the beach. The grounds are neat and tidy and full of colour, with well spaced bungalows. We had a "Beachfront Bungalow” - the sea was only a few metres from our little verandah. The room was really lovely, spacious and well laid out, with a large bathroom / loo, with a bath and good shower. Everything was clean and tidy. The resort was quiet, due to the time of year and the weather wasn’t great, but we really relaxed in this peaceful of the place. The staff don’t speak English, apart from the manager, Harry, who was extremely helpful. Tank you Harry, for all your assistance. There isn’t much to do around here, apart from sit on the beach - which we had hoped to do, but got our timing wrong. The resort does have bicycles (contrary to some reviews) and you could go out cycling around the area. The resort also offers a free shuttle bus to Nha Trang, and return, which we took for a good afternoon. We enjoyed a very relaxed stay and it would have been even better with good, sunny weather.

The restaurant is in a very large room, which was very empty with only a few guests staying. The food was OK - but nothing special. I think this is the only criticism I would have of Pax Ana. However, just 5 minutes walk from the resort were 2 really good, small restaurants serving the very freshest seafood.

This hotel I would consider high end. I had a beach bungalow right on the beach. Room was amazing and the views were just as good. The place and rooms were very clean and had the best facilities you could want. Pictures on web site do it justice, unlike other places. Staff were really friendly, particularly the manager Harry Lee, who was really helpful and friendly. The spar was excellent with great treatments that I can only highly recommend. To top it off local restaurants close by had an amazing sea food alternatives to being in a posh hotel and rustic friendly vibe. Local town a few kilometers away great as well, unspoiled by tourists and very welcoming.

Location and facilities, friendliness of staff as well as the spar and the huge breakfast included.

I am spending a lot nights in 5 star hotels but this hotel was one of the Best I have ever experienced. Wonderful bungalows ( better than on the picture) ,great restaurant and the friendliest people working there Thanks xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

From the moment we arrived, we felt their warm, professional, and dedicated welcome. They were always present, attentive, and made us feel completely at ease.
