"Lovely property but need attention to a few things"

Staff was nice, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was also ok for what it was. It is not a lot but few things you do get are good.

The hotel does look old and run down. The carpets are old and not very clean. We found a big bunch of hair on the carpet that we had to remove with tissue and bin as it was not nice seeing this as you walk in our out of the room. Carpets could do with change. We were only staying for 1 night so not a big issue, but we were staying in family suite, with 4 beds in the room, (1 double and 2 small single) there was not enough to get around. Having said that, we still had nice time, staff was friendly and welcoming. Location was convenient for us. If we need to stay again for 1 night, we would consider it again but probably not for anything longer.
