Good central location. Well equipped home from home. Kitchen basic household items a nice touch.

Tablet or two for the washing machine would have been helpful for a short visit.

I like the location of the hotel. It is in the city center but it is very quiet at the night.

1. During my stay, there was no WiFi working in my room and I had to contact the hotel every day. Even though I received a response from the hotel that they would send someone to fix it, the wifi still did not work the whole week. Only on the last night, I received the password to a neighbour's wifi. 2. On the first night when I arrived, the toilet in my room is dirty and I took a photo of that to show to the reception. The receptionist promised to talk with the manager regarding compensation, no follow-up for one and a half months. 3. On the first night I arrived out of reception working hours, which I indicated in advance with the hotel and I received my key in the mailbox with a password. However, in the beginning, the key did not work so I could not enter the hotel. The hotline guy was very impatient and unfriendly, and I had to wait on the cold windy night. 4. One more minor thing is that in the room there is a booklet including all the information about the room. There is a list of offered items, I checked it and I noticed that I did not have the welcome kit. Nevertheless, I told the receptionist that if it is missing after I check out, don't contact me.

Clean and comfortable apartment. Great location. Staff was friendly and professional.

it is a appartement with spacious space and good design. The kicken has all the stuff needed for a simple cook though we did not use it. The sofa is comfortable. Quite convenient for restaurants and supermarket. The instructions are also really clear to use the staff and throw the garbage.

An entire apartment to ourselves, for the price of a hotel room! Lovely and central, with a 10% discount for the bakery next door (which makes each morning smell like fresh bread).

Slightly difficult to explain the position to our food delivery drivers, but Trädgårdstorget is close enough that we could meet up there.
