Location is fabulous, employees are very professional and friendly. They go above and beyond to fulfill guests requests.

There's nothing that I didn't like.

Superb location, walkable to everything you'd want to see as a tourist - especially right next to the Setas which you can see from the rooftop pool. The room was spacious and incredibly clean, large walk-in shower with amazing water temperature (very important to me!). We used the hotel for aiport transfer both ways which took a lot of the travel stress away, the driver was there 5 minutes early to meet us so we had a very smooth journey. We used the electric juicer in the room to make our own fresh orange juice from the fruit provided, which was a nice Sevillian touch.

The only thing we felt was missing was some sort of bar or facilities for the rooftop pool, but I appreciate it's not intended to be for this. It was easy enough to pop around the corner to a supermarket for any drinks or nibbles.

La falta de algún espacio para colocar los zapatos.

Muy céntrico, personal muy amable, todo muy limpio y una piscina genial para relajarse después de recorrer Sevilla.

Los lados del colchón estaban bastante hundidos y resultaban algo incómodos.

Nunca he valorado ningún alojamiento ni restaurante, pero en esta ocasión lo voy hacer por si puede servir a otras personas. El alojamiento tiene una ubicación perfecta, muy céntrico y puedes ir caminando a todo. La habitación y el hotel en general muy bien y limpio. Pero sin duda hubo dos detalles que han marcado la diferencia. El primero, es que mi avión llegaba a las 9 de la mañana, y un día antes pregunté si podíamos dejar las maletas y guardar en una nevera un medicamento que llevaba para mi hijo y no me pusieron ninguna pega, mi sorpresa fue que dado que la habitación ya estaba disponible nos dejaron hacer el check in a las 9,30 de la mañana. Lo segundo, teníamos allí preparado una bandeja con comida (fruta, croissant…) y agua en la nevera. No se oyen nada de ruidos Sin duda, lo recomiendo.

Habitaciones grandes. Ubicación inmejorable. Con todo lo necesario.

Estuve hace ya 5 años.. el mobiliario de la piscina estaba descuidado.
