The location was good.

Staff, specifically Santosh were very rude and unhelpful. They respond to questions by shouting. For the entirety of our stay there was a swept up pile of garbage outside our door, containing bottles dust and insects. There were SEVERAL COCKROACHES in our room. Disgusting.

The rude and untrained staff hardly know about the word hospitality, as informed earlier we reached for check in a little after 4pm. They started cleaning the room after that. There is no space in the hotel for keeping used towels before laundrying. Kept it all around the pathway the dirty linen and towels. Also extra mattresses are Kept on each floor walkways. Proper cleaning is not taking place in the room. We had to buy a new bed sheet as the one in the room was dirty. Stayed in the room extended for two more night as my wife went through an eye surgery and was difficult to move out. Every corner of the hotel is unorganised and dirty. Regret to book this place, lost faith in Booking.com 😌

Subject: Urgent Complaint: Booking Confirmed but Hotel Denied Check-in - Booking ID: 6830084268 Dear Booking.com Customer Support, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding a booking I made through your platform yesterday. I booked a room at Treebo Venition Inn (Booking confirmation received). However, when I arrived at the hotel around 8:00 PM, the hotel staff informed me that they had no rooms available. The most frustrating part of this situation is that I had not yet paid for the room. I personally visited the hotel before making the payment, just to view the room. It was only at that point that the Treebo staff denied my booking due to a lack of availability. This situation is completely unacceptable. We trusted Booking.com to secure our accommodation, and we never expected to be misled in this way. If a hotel does not have rooms, your platform should not list them as available to misguide customers. I request an urgent explanation and a full resolution to this matter. Please look into why a confirmed booking was not honored and advise on what compensation will be provided for this inconvenience.
