Staff was helpful, and breakfast was good

The room was very congested and very less space. The lenin was not clean. There was a stain and was feeling itching. This was our second stat with treebo. We chose treebo because of our previous experience, but this stay was really not satisfying

The only thing was location as it was near the railway station.

Everything. Rooms are dusty and not cleaned. Bed linens, tea kettles, mugs everything have dust on it. Cockroaches, rats flying in the room, reception. They say breakfast included but they give you packed options in plastic and not even serve Tea or Coffee. Breakfast had small hair in it. Booked this hotel thinking Treebo as brand but got really disappointed. Please take a note and maintain cleanliness and remove breakfast option if you are gonna cold plastic wrapped meal.

We stayed at this hotel and overall the facilities, cleanliness, and service were fine. However, we were shocked to find a live rat in our room. This completely ruined our experience, no matter how good the other aspects were. Hygiene and pest control need urgent improvement.

When i booked the room through the APP. and we got the msg from the APP. we have asked that we will give you the Local ID because i am from Coimbatore. which clear mention on the app. but the Treebo just want to ask only make the payment from us they are not replying to on our msg. then we called directly to the HOTEL and said to them they they will not acceptable you can call to Treebo call center make the cancelation. i request them sir i am only alone person. but they where not even understand lot of call's made then understand in this my request not to show in the APP this kind ok HOTEL to us.

The location of the hotel is good. Except that nothing is good of the hotel

False ceiling of the hotel too low. The ceiling is just about 6 inches above the door. Room feels claustrophobic. The bed linens were dirty. We had to ask the hotel to change it post check in. The AC was leaking and black soot was formed near the AC. The bathroom was really very very small. There was not a single hook / holder to hang the clothes. The single bed size was just about 2.25 feet. Too small to sleep on. Overall pathetic experience. Since we had already paid to Treebo we had to stay overnight in the hotel. Would not recommend it to anyone.
