NOTE: Construction has commenced on The Rochester building nearby at 143 Surf Parade. The Rochester has not provided Encore Broadbeach with a construction schedule. Noise may be disruptive to Encore guests during work hours. Please note that there is a nonrefundable 1.4% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card, and a nonrefundable 2.75% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. The name on the credit card used for the booking must correspond to the guest staying at the property and check in may be denied if this is not the case. Please note that the property requires a credit card pre-authorization of AUD $300 upon check in, to cover any incidental charges. Please note that this property does not accept Schoolies reservations. Please note between the dates of 6th of November to 1st December, 2024 and all guests must be 21 years of age or over to stay at the property. In accordance with government guidelines to minimize transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property currently isn't accepting guests from certain countries, during dates where such guidelines exist. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. NOTE: Parking is strictly ONE space only per apartment for all apartment types. Additional vehicles will be required to utilize street parking. We recommend bring one vehicle. Note: Parking lot space is limited and large vehicles such as Dodge Rams, Ford F150/250, Chevrolet Silverado will not be able to be accommodated.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
