Superficial cleaning, stained sofa, parking possibility

The apartment is just the same as in the pictures. The bed is really comfortable compared to the beds offered in other apartments in Greece but there are some things that make one's stay a bit uncomfortable. First of all, the one of the glass panels in the bathroom is broken and there is water outside the shower cabin after a shower. Secondly, one cannot hang their towels in the bathroom. There is not a single hanger. The cleaners have missed cleaning the toilet. The blanket over the sofa needs to be washed too. Now the kitchenette. What I would recommend is that they can put some kitchen paper for the guests

When we arrived, the number code for getting the keys from a locker was wrong. We were standing there for almost one hour with a kid and nobody picked up the phone. I called like 20 times. We were desperate and wanted to leave and find another hotel. Than we finally recieved a new code via email, this code worked. Nobody had apologized for a mistake. So while the flat was absolutelly perfect I would recommend to improve the customer support... Maybe it was just our experience and in anyother case it was alright but I supposed that customer service would apologize at least.

Nice location, clean, great communication with the host

The bed was quite small and not that comfortable. It was not possible to have the room completely dark. No hangs for the towels in the bathroom.
