事前チェックインして宿泊税もクレジットで支払っていたのですがホテルに着いたら支払いをするように言われて支払いました。 チェックアウトの時に重複に気がついたようで返金はありましたが、事前にチェックインして宿泊税も払ってスムーズに部屋へ行けると思っていたのに少し残念でした。確認をきちんとして欲しかったです。

駅からすぐではありますが、もう少し近いと思ってました。ちょっと場所が分かりにくかったです。部屋は普通のビジネスホテルという感じです。窓からの夜景を期待してましたが、見えなくて残念でした。これは調査不足でしたね。
