freundliches Personal, gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück gute Anfahrt

Das Zimmer war ausgekühlt, Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert, keine Heizung im Bad, meine Patnerin hat sich dadurch eine Erkältung zugezogen, in der Küchenzeile war das Geschirr nicht sauber zum teil stark verschmutzt Teppich mit Flecken

Grosses Zimmer.

Persönliche Betreuung fehlt. Dusche defekt, Löffel fehlen. Zimmer war kalt bei der Ankunft. Spülmittel,aber keine Trockentücher. Nutzung des Hotels nicht erklärt(wo ist Was) Was kann ich benutzen. Toll Kaffee immer kostenlos. Frühstück ist viel Luft nach oben. Personal träge und unmotiviert.
