"Prachtige dagen in Hamburg"

Mooie kamer met uitgebreide faciliteiten, locatie dicht bij SBahn station Ottensen en Altona. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Een koelkastje op de kamer was fijn geweest tijdens de warme dagen dat wij er waren.

Die nette Damen an der Rezeption

Bei uns im Zimmer fehlte eine Hälfte der Übergardine, so dass wir das Zimmer nicht verdunkeln konnten. Klimaanlage kühlte nicht. Wir hatten einen Duschvorhang. Auf den Hotelbildern sind immer Duschwände zu sehen. Geht gar nicht. Kopfkissen total durchgelegen. Aber der größte Minuspunkt ist, dass wir keine Info erhalten haben, dass es sich um eine ukrainische Flüchtlingsunterkunft handelt. Sowas muss der Gast wissen. Wir fühlten uns sehr unwohl.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und bemüht

die Buchung über Booking war leider falsch im System des Hotels - eine fast einstündige Diskussion und Erklärung waren die Folge ... eine Nachzahlung wurde verlangt - ist mir bei Booking noch nie passiert das Zimmer war nicht besonders sauber, Teppichboden mit vielen Flusen, Zimmerservice minimalistisch nur alle 3d ohne Saugen, nur Handtuchtausch
