"Great location, staff and facilities"

Great location and facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Held our luggage coming and going. Trains and buses across the road. 20 mins delightful walk to centre.We will be back !

"Modernistyczny hotel, idealny na krótki wypoczynek."

Hotel w stylu loftowym, bardzo industrialny. Bardzo przyjazny i pomocny personel, mieliśmy techniczny problem z rezerwacją ale Team hotelu od razu szukał rozwiązania żeby wszyscy byli zadowoleni (bardzo duży plus za to). Rewelacyjny serwis i wysoka kultura recepcjonistów. Położenie hotelu od centrum w odległosci spaceru, śniadanie zawierało wszystko co powinno mieć, produkty były często uzupełniane przez personel. Wszystko świeże i smaczne. Pod prysznicem nie trzeba było czekać na ciepłą wodę , od razu była taka jak powinna być. Opłata za parking który znajdował się po drugiej stronie ulicy zawierała specjalny rabat przyznawany przez obsługę hotelu przy wymeldowywaniu. Pokój był codziennie sprzątany i wymieniane były ręczniki. Po całym dniu zwiedzania można sie zrelaksować w Foyer przy lampce wina, jest tam kilka wydzielonych stref wypoczynku, gitara, stół z piłkarzykami, stanowisko do podłączenia swojego komputera (Apple). Miłym akcentem było spersonalizowane powitanie na ekranie TV.

Wystrój hotelu i udogodnienia dostosowane raczej do młodych gości hotelowych. Łazienka była mała, miała trochę mało miejsca na własne kosmetyki. Ściany pokoju są dość cienkie i nie mają izolacji akustycznej. Zwłaszcza wieczorem słychać było muzykę, rozmowy i trzaskanie drzwiami z innych pokojów (byliśmy zakwaterowani przez weekend) Pokój wymaga odświeżenia/remontu, miał poniszczoną wykładzinę chociaż był dobrze posprzątany. Brak szafy/regału na odłożenie swoich rzeczy. Tylko z jednej strony łóżka były wejścia typu USB do ładowania telefonu.
