Moxy Utrecht

Vriendelijk personeel. Het hotel zit dichtbij het centrum. Met een paar minuten zit je bij leuke restaurants. Bovendien heeft het hotel een prima ontbijt.

Het was jammer dat de kamers geen kledingkasten hadden. Bovendien hadden we soms last van het geluid van mensen uit de club naast het hotel

Bij aankomst waren de kamers nog niet klaar. Na drankjes en een uur wachten hebben we uiteindelijk zelf nogmaals moeten checken. Hierbij werd aangegeven door personeel "Als ik geweten had dat jullie aan het wachten waren, had ik de kamers eerder schoongemaakt en gecontroleerd. (...)"

I often stay at the Moxy whenever I visit Utrecht, and one of the biggest advantages is that it’s dog-friendly. One thing I always appreciate about Moxy is the friendly and helpful staff. It’s a great city hotel with all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

This time I travelled without my dog and was initially given a room that was very warm, with the air conditioning blowing hot air despite the thermostat settings. However, the staff were incredibly quick and helpful in moving us to another room.

Room was good, nice view, air conditioned, and clean enough. The lobby was well equipped and had a good atmosphere. Location was also very convenient.

A safe and a mini fridge in the room would have been great.
