We loved the design and layout of property. It’s beautiful, elegantly decorated and small which we prefer. The breakfast room and outdoor space are lovely. Front desk staff very helpful and location perfect.

Breakfast staff 2 of the 4 mornings not great. Very slow and not friendly. Firmer pillows would have been nice.

Very classy. Loved the unique salons on every floor. Caesar at the front desk, and the dining staff were very personable. The housekeepers were very friendly. Fabulous decor, art and architecture throughout the establishment.

No food during the day and evenings. Very poor breakfast. They don’t have any sausages or bacon for eggs… no room service at all(

Five stars all around. We found our new home in CDMX!

- Decoration is charming but that’s about it!

- It is not a hotel but a residence (ie. no restaurant, no room service, no concierge, no 24/7 maintenance) - Rooms are very small with low ceilings, giving a very claustrophobic feeling and most face the inner courtyard with no natural light and little privacy - The front desk staff is terrible with zero will to help or authority to act (no hotel manager on site, no one has any power to solve issues for guests) - The AC in our room did not work at all - The breakfast is very small with limited options and staff seem annoyed if you ask for eggs or coffee - Terrible value for money, at this rate you are better off staying in a real 5 star hotel in CDMX like the Ritz Carlton or Sofitel

Boutique hotel that is beautifully designed with a lot of room (a large space on every floor + downstairs cafe + a roof deck) allocated to shared spaces instead of every rooms just being endless doors of rooms. The area is quiet. The staff was incredible and so helpful.

Rooms are small and I would love a pool on it!
