Great stay. We were worried being so close to the motorway but the sound proofing is excellent but definitely worth staying non-motorway facing as the view is great. Great check in experience and the place is immaculate. Really close walk to the great shopping in Newmarket.

Ramada was a great place to stay, I was a single travelling female and I felt really safe there. My room was clean and all the amenities worked well. Bonus is this property is so close to Newmarket for anything you need.

I wish to state this clearly once again: This is by no means a simple refund dispute. The core problem is that your hotel has charged me twice for the same room for the same period of time. This constitutes duplicate charging and unfair liability allocation, which has seriously infringed upon my consumer rights and interests. This is a matter of principle and cannot be resolved merely by issuing a refund. 1. I completed the room reservation in advance via the Booking platform, and the order was confirmed by your system one day prior to my check‑in at the hotel. Your reservation system and front‑desk check‑in system were fully capable of retrieving my valid booking information; there is no valid justification for any claim of information delay or missing system data. 2. Throughout the entire process, I reserved only this single room for this 2 nights, with no secondary or duplicate bookings on my part. Nevertheless, I was charged twice for the same stay, and this charging practice is completely illogical and unjustified. 3. Even if your hotel contends that I did not check in using my Booking reservation, your system should have detected the duplicate booking at the moment I completed the offline check‑in and payment. Regrettably, no staff member alerted or informed me of the duplicate reservation, meaning your hotel failed to fulfill its basic obligations of information verification and customer notification. In summary, your hotel has three critical issues: duplicate charging, negligent system management, and inadequate customer communication. Throughout this process, your side has consistently evaded the core conflict and deliberately downplayed the fault of duplicate charging. Such a handling approach is entirely unreasonable. Please acknowledge your management lapses, face the fact of the duplicate charges, and provide a compliant and reasonable solution immediately, instead of continuous evasion and prevarication.
