"満室に近く、儲かっていると思われるので、少しは設備投資も検討して欲しい。"

駅近くで、便利な場所に位置している。大浴場があり、サウナと水風呂も備えてあり、利用後のビールが特に美味しく感じる。

大浴場の更衣室に備えてある「コインロッカー」がすべて故障中。利用できないので、早期に改善してほしい。更衣室の空調設備の能力が弱い。できれば、もう少し強力な設備にして欲しい。水栓設備で故障中の物がある。早期に修理して欲しい。
