San Pietro House by Studio Vita

It was an overall exceptional stay for someone visiting Bologna. The area is nice and quiet, the room is in excellent condition and utilites are up to date, and overall a comfortable atmosphere. I had access to hot water, wifi, a comfy bed, plenty of closet space to put up my clothes. Little heads up for anyone visiting who are outside of Italy: Reminder to get the right plug adapters for chargers/walls, how their stove/oven/microwave work, how to use the washer, the air conditioning remote, opening the windows to let out/in air. Things like that I was surprised to learn and hopefully teach any of you future visitors. It was also close to the trainstations and bus stations, so getting back to airport was a breeze long as to map out the area! The staff was very helpful and caring. Overall, I would definitely visit here again and highly recommend!

Few small things just to give people heads up such as: The TV is in the living room and unfortunately the dining table can be in the way if angled off, there is no TV in the bedroom so hopefully you are okay without that, the lights aren't super bright in the kitchen alone so I had to use the hallway light to help, and lastly just slightly dusty in areas but that's not a big deal. Also be in mind if you want to watch normal television, the TV is in Italian so I recommend bringing something to plug into the TV if you prefer to watch something of your taste (I brought my laptop and used a HDMI cord to plug into the TV) These aren't big issues but things to just be on the look out for.

Останавливались с мужем на 5 ночей. Было чисто, уютно. Имелось все необходимое. Холодильник, фен, чайник, утюг. Все было исправным. Персонал был всегда на связи. В полном восторге от данного объекта размещения 🥰. Поэтому 10/10

The apartment is quite big and warmed up quickly and the temperature was comfortable throughout my stay (in December). Hot water worked perfectly without any issues. The building has a convenient elevator and an excellent location 10-15 min to the station and 5-10 min to the city center. There are 2 supermarkets nearby which is very cool. I’d recommend this place to stay. Also loved the balcony and the kitchen.

It’d be even better with a full duvet cover instead of a sheet

Yatak çok yumuşaktı, alışık olduğumuzdan daha yumuşak.

Skvělá vzdálenost od vlakového a autobusového nádraží a zároveň strategická pozice ve vnitřním městě. Příjemná velikost bytu, možnost posedět na malém balkóně, k dispozici pračka, relativně slušně vybavená kuchyně. Byt je čistý a udržovaný. Velkým bonusem jsou dva supermarkety 80 metrů od domu.

Na náš vkus příliš měkká postel a poměrně tmavý byt bez dostatku světla oproti fotografiím. Barevná teplota žárovek nevhodně zvolena do interiéru bytu, toto nepříjemné bílé světlo patří někam do garáže nebo do dílny. Bylo by také dobré doplnit kuchyni alespoň o jednu pánev a opravit drobné detaily bytu.
