"First class with a top notch professional staff!!!"

I’ll start from the moment we checked in. We walked into the Embassy lobby and we couldn’t believe how beautiful it was with a huge Christmas tree in the center. The staff at check in were very polite and professional. I’ll just continue with pros and cons. Pros : Beautiful hotel Amazing staff Immaculate rooms Everything seems brand new Breakfast was perfect. Breakfast staff was amazing Parking, not bad at all Bar Louie -service an food was perfect Cons: Wish the luggage carts had rubber wheels. It’s so loud pushing it on the beautiful tile floor. We felt people were looking at us. That’s not really even a complaint. Again, thank you embassy, maybe Marriott’s can learn a lot from Hilton properties like this one.

Beautiful clean hotel with a 4-star feel stands up to Embassy's reputation for a welcome stay. The Hilton Grand Vacations team Brandon and Kimone were excellent ambassadors for the brand.

"Couples Retreat"

We had our Annual Couples Retreat at the Embassy Suites in Round Rock, and Julian, the event planner for Embassy Suites, was outstanding. The set up of the ballroom, and the food and amenities were top of the line. We look forward to having our next retreat here again
