Staff politeness and responsiveness. Location is very convenient.

Only breakfast option is a buffet. Most of our guests being old family members, they have small portion breakfasts which may not be worth the buffet option. So, flexible breakfast options might be good (e.g. mini-breakfast, full-breakfast, etc.).

Great location. closer to center of town. Right across Mayuranathar temple.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms is bit wanting. Please have a shower curtain to separate the bathing area from the rest so that it doesn't get all well after just one shower.
