Thank you for choosing King Blue Hotel Toronto. We are pleased to announce the addition of our new restaurant and bar to our lobby, which is scheduled to be completed in the Fall of 2023. During this time, parts of the hotel's lobby will be going through an exciting transformation that will further complement our beautiful guestrooms and iconic location. While the work is largely isolated to our lobby level, we will do our utmost to minimize the impact on the overall guest experience. The size of the room was very spacious and the bed was perfect. Multiple seating options in the room not just the bed. Staff were great.

Kept flooding the bathroom every time I used the shower as it looked like I was in an accessible room. But it dried out quickly. Would have been nice to have tea making facilities in the room not just a coffee machine. A lot of external noise due to 24 hour construction in the city, which is not within the hotels control

"Amazing staff and stay!"

Sutton Place is an absolutely fantastic hotel to stay at. Julian helped us with our check-in and Dre, the concierge showed us the most amazing spot for dinner. Keith assisted us with our valet needs and our bags and was an absolute pleasure. Honestly so excited to come back!

"A positive experience. I will stay here again. Drawback; the carpet was not very clean."

Did not have breakfast. Great location

The carpet did not seem to be very clean. I'm not sure if guests are only allowed the initial 2 bottles of water. We drank the 2 provided, but they were not replaced.
