The hotel staff was sincere and helpful in many ways, proactive to assist. This made our stay a positive one. They assisted with our luggage without asking.

The room was very cold during December. We had to ask for 2 portable heaters but felt better after that. The hotel is located on a slope, which makes alighting or boarding from a car a little difficult.
