The location and the family room set up worked well for us.

The building itself and the windows make the place very dark and cold. It’s important to note that there is no AC and no fans, which would be an issue in summer time. It just felt very overpriced for a very basic room.

We were a family of 4 and the room was a good enough size for us. The location is a short walk to the center of everything. I appreciated the full size fridge with freezer. I liked that the toilet was separate from the shower and sink. There was a lot of storage space for clothes. There were also USB plugs which is a huge plus for us since we didn’t have the appropriate adapters. The beds were comfortable enough and clean sheets with plenty of towels. Loved the black out automatic blinds. It was quiet and we slept well.

We left dog food in a bowl on the floor for the dog and when we got back there were ants in his bowl. The shower room did not have ventilation so it would get really humid after we showered so we had to keep the door opened to prevent mold. Even with the cons we would stay again because the price was attractive and it’s pretty clean overall.

Hotel will not respond to emails directly or managed through third party for request for refund during Middle East conflict, ignoring the cancellation options clearly displayed on the Accor website.

Air condition was not working. Instead they given small fans.
