地點非常方便，從名古屋車站新幹線口出來步行約 5 到 10 分鐘即可抵達。飯店周邊的生活機能極佳，走路不到 5 分鐘的範圍內就有多家便利商店與豐富的餐廳選擇，對於觀光或商務旅客來說都非常便利。

雖然整潔度與設備都不錯，但房型空間確實偏小一些，如果攜帶大型行李可能會覺得稍微擁擠。不過以單人入住來說，空間運用算是剛剛好，不會有太大的壓迫感。

這次第三次入住相鉄 Sotetsu Fresa Inn 了，之前是住在仙台的相鉄，連鎖酒店的品質就是穩定，名古屋新幹線旁這間 Sotetsu Fresa Inn 雖然有點歷史，房間也比較小一點，但是酒店位置很好，出門走5分鐘不到就可以到名古屋車站，酒店附近也有速食店和便利商店，餐廳和百貨公司也在走路5分鐘可以抵達的路程，酒店的備品在大廳自行取用很足夠，電梯數量多也不怕塞車，行李在 Check in/out 前後都可以寄存在大廳很方便，酒店接待人員也很積極熱情，房間價格也有競爭力，總之是一間性價比非常棒的酒店，下次去日本也會優先考慮入住

1. 房間稍微小一點，28吋以上行李箱需要直放房間走道才能全開 2. 浴室不是乾濕分離型
