The room was clean and comfy! It was a nice basic stay and good location
When we arrived my friend and I were initially told that there were no rooms, and then we weren't allowed to book a room on the hotel official website for a cheaper price (lord knows why). We felt we were spoken to rudely and dismissed. Finally, the guy assisting the receptionist was incredibly patronising and just wanted to argue. I wouldn't come back and I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. If my mate and I hadn't have been in a desperate situation to find a room we'd have chosen elsewhere (which is what the receptionist even suggested). Good luck and hope your establishment can work on better customer service. It was a big shame because otherwise the hotel seemed pleasant.

stayed 1 day for business purpose. very conveniently located. bus stop is on the main road and surrounded by places to eat and general stores. stayed in twin sharing room. room and bathroom were clean and staff was nice and helpful.
