Изкарахме си страхотно в СПА хотел Рич във Велинград! Бяхме резервирали луксозна стая, а от хотела приятно ни изненадаха с безплатен ъпгрейд до апартамент с хидромасажна вана. Стаята беше много чиста и уютна. Храната беше вкусна и разнообразна, а персоналът изключително любезен и отзивчив. Още при настаняването ни посрещнаха с бонбон и предложиха помощ с багажа, което направи много добро първо впечатление. СПА зоната също ни хареса много, джакузитата бяха приятно топли и поддържани. Благодарим за прекрасното отношение и чудесната почивка! С удоволствие бихме посетили хотела отново и го препоръчваме на всеки, който търси комфорт и истински релакс във Велинград.
